She's cute :3 "Kids never forgets a broken promiss!" If that's what the picture should express, I think (just a personal impression of course), that it didn't really hit the nail (very close, but not enough). The eyes, yes. But the mouth looks a bit too friendly - like she was smiling. Anyway, it's a beautiful painting ^^.

A little too sketchy for me, I think it's the muddy background. Just personal taste I think, it still has a solid style and form throughout. I think the lighting and pose work really well for the idea of a broken promise, but for some reason I think the face doesn't look hurt enough...she looks really innocent though which helps create a mental illusion that she's been "broken".
